My approach is grounded in the belief that health starts in the gut, is shaped by lifestyle, and thrives with the support of whole foods, herbal medicine, and daily rituals that feel good. I love working with people to support their digestion, hormones, skin, sleep and nervous system - with a focus on long-term balance, not quick fixes.

Through consultations, ebooks, and education, I aim to make naturopathy approachable, empowering and practical — especially for women and families navigating the busy seasons of life.
